Grief Coaching
Grief is a heavy chapter, but it is not the end of your story. Still Anchored Coaching provides a compassionate space to process loss, rediscover stability, and find the spiritual peace that transcends understanding. We walk with you through every stage—be it death loss, ambiguous loss, or the quiet transitions of life. Our goal is to help you find your anchor. See below for more information on the different types of loss.
A Caring Note About Safety
Grief coaching provides valuable support, but it is not clinical therapy or a crisis service. If you are currently under the active care of a psychiatrist for severe mental health concerns, or if you are using drugs or alcohol as a primary means to cope with your grief, coaching may not be the appropriate path for you at this time. We strongly encourage you to prioritize clinical care and professional safety first. Your well-being is our highest priority, and we warmly invite you to return to our services once you are ready to engage in the coaching process.

Walking through the different types of loss.
Ambiguous Loss
Loss that lacks closure or clear definitions, such as terminal illness or life transitions. Often described as being stuck in-between. Could include cancer diagnosis, hospice care, empty nest or estrangement from a loved one.
Death Loss
The loss of a loved one, friend, relative or even a pet. The death of a spouse, child or parent (especially in childhood) all cause unique experiences and need to be seen, felt and carried.
Non-Death Loss
Loss that can include job loss, health struggles, change of environment, loss of friendship, the plight of others, unmet expectations, the end of a relationship or a life transition. Anything that changes the future you thought you would be living.
Complicated/Traumatic Loss
This is any type of death loss that come with a stigma attached such as suicide, overdose or murder. It is also when loss becomes layered by multiple losses in a short amount of time.
